3 perfect weeks in Paris, Brittany and Normandy
Our 3 week journey to Paris, Normandy, and Brittany was the most stress free travel in Europe we have ever experienced. It was also the first time we drove a car in France. France Just For You had done all the deeply significant leg work required for us to enjoy all of our time traveling.
We will certainly be requesting help from France-Just-For-You for our next extensive road trip in France as this one was about as near perfect as it is possible to be.

An experience OF France, not just a trip TO France.

For over 30 years my wife has dreamed of visiting the Loire region of France. Emilie and Laura not only made this a reality, they made it truly a dream trip.

The multi-hundred page guidebook not only guided our daily itinerary, it prepared us for what we needed to know for a successful self-guided tour throughout the region. This was invaluable, as we learned many of the cultural things we needed to know to most fully participate in the experience of French life.

And to speak of the itinerary... WOW! The choices and details, from how to see Chenonceau from every angle, to the private vineyard tour and wine tasting, to the little-known liqueur distillery, to the personal touches based on our wishes. Even now, as we look back at our pictures and think on our memories, it seems a dream. Friends, some of whom had visited France, marveled at our pictures and stories.

We can't wait for our next experience of France. And we look forward to Emilie and Laura being our guides.

We are a group of Wine Aficionados and we recently traveled to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and Paris and were very impressed with this service. It took us quite some time to formalize (and agree) what we wanted in terms of places and wineries we wanted to visit, but in the end "France Just for You" came through with excellent organization and planning that enabled us to have a worry-free vacation. The lodging was very good in every place they put us up in, except that in several of the Bed & Breakfasts where there was no Air Condition (Saint Emilion and Champagne) and there was a Heat Wave so it was difficult to sleep some nights, however the cleanliness and service in every place was fantastic--especially the Breakfasts and the FANTASTIC hosts. The Tour Guides were exceptional as well in every place we visited. Do make sure a Wine Guide is provided as they have contacts, and know the area, so this way, there is minimal time wasted.
Laura provided a fantastic book with ALL the information you may need, organized by day. From things to do, how to get to places, where to get help, etc. Make sure you READ it!! The transportation arrangements were excellent, including Car Rentals.

The only thing that did not go well was the provisioning of 2 Mobile phones that were supposed to be delivered to our first place of stay, but one of them did not work, and because we were on the move a lot, that (non working) phone replacement did not get to us until toward the end of the trip, which made it a little inconvenient, and added extra expense to us, for which they did their best to make it up to us. If this was the only bad thing about the trip, that tells you how good the whole thing was!

I would use "France Just for You" again for any trip to France. They saved us time and headaches, and helped us have a great vacation with memories to last a lifetime.

I have yet another 5-star review to leave because Emilie's trip planning is just that - exceptional! We do not do big trips often and did not have hours to spend online trying to find the perfect B&Bs and restaurants to fit our preferences. Over the course of a few emails, Emilie collected our requests and pieced together an itinerary that was exactly what we were looking for. There were so many restaurant and excursion recommendations provided and each selection we made did not disappoint. I also cannot say enough great things about the B&Bs. Both were absolutely beautiful and the hosts were hospitable and lovely to visit with. Next time we are back in France, I will not hesitate to give Emilie a call!

My boyfriend and I spent a week in Paris last month and we decided that we would do a couple of day-tours outside of the city during our trip. We really wanted to avoid the typical tour-bus day-tour and the crowds that come along with these kinds of tours – we wanted something more personalized that would allow us to go at our own pace. I found the France Just For You website and the ‘Bayeux and World War II Sites in a Day’ tour seemed to be exactly the type of thing we were looking for, as we’re both really interested in history. On a personal note, this tour appealed to me because my grandfather fought in Normandy in World War II. I filled up the contact form on the website and Emilie got back to me the same day. She organized every little detail to make it the perfect tour for us: she booked our return train tickets from Paris, organized for us to spend the morning on our own in the picturesque old town of Bayeux, where we enjoyed exploring the cathedral and saw the famous Bayeux Tapestry. Emilie sent over maps and directions and recommended a fantastic restaurant for lunch. After lunch, our private guide Christophe met us at the agreed meeting point in Bayeux and took us to the Normandy landing sites. I had explained to Emilie that I specifically wanted to visit this site as my grandpa had fought for one of the American infantry divisions that landed in Normandy in 1944. Christophe was extremely knowledgeable (and very patient with all of my questions!) and took us to the sites where my grandpa’s battalion would have fought. It was a very moving experience, especially when I thought back to the stories that my grandpa used to tell me about the war.
I really couldn’t have chosen a better tour option. It was perfectly customized to the preferences that I had given to Emilie, and she was very thorough and asked all of the right questions to help her plan the perfect day for us. We knew how to contact her in case there were any problems on the day (which there weren't), and the fact that everything was planned for us meant that we could just focus on enjoying the day. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again!

We highly recommend Emilie’s services. She put together an excellent itinerary.
She made all the arrangements and the guides she retained for us where top notch. The B&B accommodations were very good, the hosts were terrific and we enjoyed the other travelers we met at breakfast. We did two table d'hote dinners which were excellent and her restaurant recommendations were wonderful!
Everything is set forth in a book in which she provides a day by day itinerary with cultural descriptions, history, restaurant choices and of course directions.
She arranged for our rental car with Enterprise car rental; and, although her arrangements were perfect, through no fault of Emilie's we had a dispute with Enterprise. Emilie immediately became involved and eventually resolved the problem to our satisfaction. I am certain that without Emilie's assistance we would not have received any satisfaction from Enterprise.
In short we highly recommend Emilie. Most often we plan our trips ourselves arranging for hotels, transportation, guides etc. I was in the process of doing the same when we found Emilie.
Emilie added substantial value and enjoyment to our trip.
