Wonderful self-drive trip through France. The FJFY team selected wonderful lodging, arranged for all the activities that we were interested in, and made a complex trip very easy. The detailed guide book and app helped us chose our daily activities. The integration of the guide with gps navigation is brilliant, and made our back road and small town adventures a pleasure. Emilie’s care in selecting tour guides, B&Bs, and destinations made the trip uniquely enjoyable. Great fun in the cooking experiences, as well as restaurant recommendations. We are experienced travelers world-wide, generally organizing our own itinerary or having a travel group help us with a tour-for-two, and a personal guide, in several select locations. This was our first visit to France. So to be on our own with the guidance and extremely comprehensive written support of France Just For You was just remarkable and very reassuring. We felt completely confident during our 26 day tour from Nice to Paris, and we were astounded by the range of experiences offered to us. The accommodation choices were lovely, and all of our hosts were extremely gracious. Do keep in mind that we are a long married couple, and a self-driving tour of this magnitude and length could be trying at times. But we are here to tell the tale. We heard about Emilie from a friend who used her travel services twice. They spoke so highly of her we figured we had to visit France just to meet her. We traveled to the Loire Valley with another couple and she interviewed us separately to understand what we wanted to see and do and what we didn’t want to do. As a result, she designed a perfect trip with lodging and an itinerary that we all liked. We have been fortunate to have traveled to Europe several times and each time we laboriously researched activities and numerous B&Bs through many websites. Emilie did all that for us and supplied us with a book that detailed everything - we started to call it the bible. She set us up at B&B’s, chateaus and castles – complete with a Count and a Prince. All accommodations were very comfortable, accommodating and friendly. Emilie had clearly vetted and stayed at these places since the owners knew her. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I don't know how she does it but we realized it wasn't any more expensive than when we did all the work ourselves. Thank you, Emilie.
