This is Clelia's favorite recipe "du moment". This is a great spring recipe, because the asparagus season has just started!
Ingredients for the special vinaigrette :
- 3 spoons of sunflower oil
- 3 spoons of lemon juice
- 2 spoon of soya sauce
- a pinch of sugar
- 100 g of grounded (but not too much) grilled peanuts
- about 3 to 5 asparagus per person
Clelia advises you to steam the white asparagus or pan fry the green asparagus. Let them rest, then serve with the special peanut vinaigrette.
