1. France Just For You shall arrange the travel package described on quote number 2026-01 sent by email on XX. Upon signature of this travel agreement by both Travelers and acceptance by France Just For You, both parties shall be bound by the conditions of this travel agreement.
2. Travelers shall submit payment to France Just For You in accordance with the schedule mentioned in the quote: 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking and balance due 45 days prior arrival. (or full payment if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival to France)
3. Payment can be made through different methods : Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or secure wire transfer.
4. Travelers may change travel arrangements only as allowed, and subject to the terms and conditions set on the quote.
5. It is Travelers responsibility to buy a comprehensive travel insurance. In case of report or cancellation of the trip, Terms & Conditions will apply.
6. France Just For You shall be responsible for providing transportation, lodging, and activities set on quote 2026-01. Travelers shall be responsible for all travel items not set on the quote.
7. France Just For You shall have no liability for any events beyond its control, such as but not limited to, missed travel connections, acts of God, transportation cancellations, weather, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, pandemic and the like.
8. France Just For You shall have no liability for failure of any travel provider regarding the transportation, lodging, and activities described in quote QUOTE-NUMBER. If a failure occurs from a provider booked on Travelers’ behalf by France Just For You, the liability of the provider is engaged. FRANCE JUST FOR YOU is required to make sure that its providers are properly insured. In the case of failure from a provider, FRANCE JUST FOR YOU commits to provide Travelers the most equivalent service available.
9. Travelers agree to obey all laws of any applicable jurisdiction during the trip. If Travelers are, or may be in violation of any law, statute, or ordinance of any applicable jurisdiction, France Just For You may terminate the travel itinerary and have no liability for assisting Travelers from that time forward.
10. The Traveler agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions outlined at the end of quote 2026-01.
