If you have an emergency and have to cancel/postpone your trip to France, you can count on us to do our best to find solutions.

What if I have to change or cancel my tour?

Booking changes (such as B&B, hotel, car rental category or travel dates) can be made upon request up to 35 days prior to departure. After that, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee to be able to change any item of your trip.

Travelers who must cancel their journey can receive refunds of their journey fee - excluding the non-refundable fees. 

For all Packages, a cancellation:

  • Earlier than 45 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result  in 30% of the total price (the required down payment) being retained by  FRANCE JUST FOR YOU.
  • Within 45 to 30 days prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 50% of the total price being retained.
  • Within 29 to 1 day(s) prior to Day 1 of the tour will result in 100% of the total price being retained .
  • If a Package includes non-refundable Air or Train tickets, no refunds can be made for these costs. For cancellation of event or attraction tickets/passes, no refunds can be made for these costs.

We highly recommend that our customers purchase return transportation and tour cancellation insurance.
