Listening to our travelers. We ask all travelers to provide us with a wish-list before we start planning their itineraries. We make sure we have a clear idea of travelers’ interests, expectations, and budgets, and we encourage travelers to ask us questions and let us know their thoughts as we build the itinerary. We want our travelers to feel as involved in the planning of their trip as they want to be, while we take care of all of the finer details, such as booking tickets, arranging car hire and producing the personalized, detailed guidebook for the trip.
Offering experiences that most tours don’t offer. We understand that our travelers will be keen to see the main places of interest during their trip, and we help them to experience the best of these attractions by pre-booking skip-the-line tickets and private tours. We also send them to some special places off the well-worn tourist track to help them have a more authentic experience of French culture and heritage. This might mean a private cooking class at the home of a local chef in Provence, and then having dinner with him and his family.
