We've just come back from an amazing holiday planned by Emilie. The detailed guide book and all the maps and brochures we received were way beyond our expectations. The information on local customs and language helped us immensely during our stay in France. Emilie was prompt and courteous answering our many questions while planning our
custom tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our boutique hotel in Paris and all the charming B & B's she arranged for our visits to Normandy and Provence. All of our English speaking hosts were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The day before we were to go home, our flight was cancelled due to the Air France strike. Emilie quickly came to our rescue notifying our travel agent at home and people we needed to contact and booking extra accommodation. When we received our packet, I was amazed with all the info. Emilie put into it for our trip. We needed more time in the day for places on our daily agenda that we did not get a chance to visit. We will just have to return and finish them on the next trip to the Loire. Flo and Phil's, Les Bournais was a charming place with wonderful accommodations and great breakfast each day. We seriously loved their version of a coffee cup. The wine guide in Bordeaux, Frederic Borliachon, was outstanding and funny as well. Anyone planning a trip to France, whether for the first time or for the twelfth (like me), will benefit from the fabulous itinerary that Emilie can craft for you. My husband and I just returned from 2 1/2 weeks in the Medoc and the Loire Valley that Emilie planned for us: top-notch historic B&Bs with character, charming friendly hosts and sumptuous breakfasts and table d'hotes dinners; reserved TGV train tickets and fine car rental; and most specially, unique and interesting daily suggested itineraries crafted to our specific interests.
